Our Online Workplace Carer Champion Training helps organisations develop confident internal champions who can recognise and support colleagues who are balancing work with unpaid caring responsibilities.

Using our RISE model, Champions learn how to:

R – Raise positive awareness of Carers across the workplace
I – Increase identification of Carers within the organisation
S – Signpost Carers to appropriate information and support
E – Empower Carers to make positive changes

The course is ideal for people who are passionate about supporting working Carers, have good listening skills and want to help create positive organisational change.
