It’s all about connecting, having fun, and looking after your wellbeing. Enjoy free refreshments and a cake while taking a well-earned break in our Carer Café. All unpaid Carers are welcome!

At our Tidworth Carer Café you also have the option to bring along the person you care for, so that they can join in with games, Tai Chi, and gentle seated exercise at Age UK Wiltshire Fitness and Friendship Club (£6 per session, but Carers go free).

When: 3rd Wednesday of the month

Time: 2pm-4pm

Where: Ezra’s Diner, Tidworth Civic Centre, Wylye Road, SP9 7QQ

Important information for Carers Bringing the Person They Care For:

If you decide to bring the person you care for along to the Age UK Wiltshire Fitness and Friendship Club, please ensure you agree with the following Age UK Wiltshire policy:

• I will make sure I am available, in the Carer Café, for the duration of the F&F Club.
• I understand that Age UK Wiltshire’s policies, DBS procedure and insurance cover don’t allow them to support the people with eating, drinking, using the toilet or mobility.
• I confirm that I will not leave the premises while the person I care for is attending the F&F Club.
