DESCRIPTION:Our Salisbury Mental Health Carer Café is for unpaid Carers who are looking after someone with a mental health condition\, run in partnership with Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership (AWP)\, with a member of their staff present at each session. \nPop in and meet us – you’re welcome to stay for some or all of the session. It’s a chance to chat\, relax\, connect and look after your own wellbeing\, all in a friendly\, informal setting. This group meets monthly on the 4th Wednesday of the month.
